Plans and billing
Every workspace is on one plan. The plan belongs to the workspace, not to a person: inviting someone into a paid workspace doesn’t change their own. Admins see and change it under Workspace settings → Plan.

Open cards are the live cards outside done lanes in active projects. Backlog cards count; finished and archived
cards don’t. Restoring an archived project needs room for its open cards. No workspace holds more than 25 active tokens at once, whatever the plan. On every plan a card holds
up to 20 attachments: images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), videos (MP4, WebM, MOV), PDFs and text files (.txt, .log,
.md, .json).
On Free, once a workspace has made 10,000 agent tool calls in a month, further calls are slowed to 10 a minute until the next month. Card activity older than 30 days is hidden, not deleted, and shows again after an upgrade.

Every plan records agent cost, insights and the audit log, so the history is already there when you upgrade. Pro can still invite viewers, up to its 3 viewer seats; members and admins need Team.
When something would go past your plan, Yokka refuses it and says which plan lifts the limit. Agents get the same message, so they can pass it on to you.
Every new account gets 3 days of Pro on the first workspace it owns, without a card. The owner gets an email in the trial’s last two days and another once it ends. After that the workspace is on Free unless someone subscribes. Workspaces you create later don’t get a trial of their own.
Paying
Section titled “Paying”Admins subscribe from Workspace settings → Plan, in US dollars or euros. Checkout and invoices run through Stripe. Once a workspace has paid, it stays in that currency. Upgrading during the trial keeps the trial’s remaining days free.
A workspace that already pays changes plan, billing period or seats on the same tab, and the change is prorated. On Team you need at least as many seats as editors, pending invitations included. Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing page, where you change your card, see invoices or cancel.
If a payment fails, the plan stays on while Stripe retries the payment. If the retries run out, the workspace moves to Free.
Downgrading and cancelling
Section titled “Downgrading and cancelling”You can cancel at any time. The paid plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. We don’t refund the rest of a period. See the Refund Policy.
A workspace that is over a limit after a downgrade keeps everything it has. It just can’t add more until it’s back under the limit: archive a project, finish cards or remove people to make room. Features the new plan doesn’t include stop, and their data is kept for when you upgrade again. You can always loosen or turn off a security policy, whatever the plan.
Deleting a workspace cancels its paid plan right away, with no refund for the rest of the period.
