Frequently asked questions

Your first workspace starts with 3 days of Pro, and there's no card to enter. Subscribe during the trial and billing starts when it ends, or right away in its last two days. If you don't subscribe, the workspace moves to Free.

Your boards and cards stay. You can't add more projects or open cards past a limit until you make room or upgrade. Tool calls are the exception: past 10,000 a month they're slowed to 10 a minute, and a call over that is turned away with a time to retry. On Free, card activity older than 30 days is hidden, not deleted, and comes back when you upgrade.

Yes, from the Plan tab in your workspace settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free with everything in it. See the Refund Policy.

Team is priced per editor seat, from 2 seats. Each seat adds an editor and 25 agent tokens, and viewers are free and unlimited. A workspace admin picks Team and the number of seats on the Plan tab in workspace settings, and can add or remove seats there later. Changes are prorated.
